SHIPPING:

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 24-48 business hours (Orders placed after 2:00 CST may not ship until the following business day).

For overnight or rush orders, please email us at info@birdiesandbows.com BEFORE placing your order to verify we are able to get your order to you in time. We can not guarantee orders will ship sooner or arrive on time unless you speak with a customer service agent ahead of time (Notes on order are not sufficient). NOT ALL Shipping includes tracking.

Which Shipping Method Should I choose?

USPS does not offer GUARANTEED shipping times. The quote for shipping on our website is via USPS, but does not guarantee on time delivery. Although USPS is typically more cost effective, we recommend FedEx or UPS if needing your order by a specific date.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued for items received back at Birdies & Bows within 14 calendar days from the original date of delivery as long as the items are new, unworn/unused, in the original packaging and with all product & price tags attached. The refund will be applied back to the original form of payment for merchandise only, without shipping cost.

Please allow 48 hours from the time the items arrives at the Birdies & Bows warehouse for refunds on qualified returns to be completed.

EXCHANGES AND SALE:

Birdies & Bows offers free domestic exchanges, including shipping to and from Birdies & Bows for items which are not marked as final sale. Please contact us to discuss international exchanges. The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging and with all product & price tags attached.

Merchandise received after 14 days may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Products sold at a discount over 40% are final sale and not returnable. Sales marked "Final Sale" are final sale and not returnable. All sale promotions apply to Birdies & Bows Merchandise only, unless indicated otherwise.

EXCHANGES: Please write EXCHANGE on your package for faster sorting and processing.

Please be sure to include the enclosed Return and Exchange Form which was enclosed in your original package.

Shipping is FREE on all items returned within 14 days of purchase using our return- shipping label (please email info@birdiesandbows.com to receive return shipping label).
