When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 24-48 business hours (Orders placed after 2:00 CST may not ship until the following business day).

For overnight or rush orders, please email us at info@birdiesandbows.com BEFORE placing your order to verify we are able to get your order to you in time. We can not guarantee orders will ship sooner or arrive on time unless you speak with a customer service agent ahead of time (Notes on order are not sufficient). NOT ALL Shipping includes tracking.
Which Shipping Method Should I choose?
USPS does not offer GUARANTEED shipping times. The quote for shipping on our website is via USPS, but does not guarantee on time delivery. Although USPS is typically more cost effective, we recommend FedEx or UPS if needing your order by a specific date.
